Accounts
Keep your login credentials private and provide accurate account information. You can update your profile or request account deletion from your workspace. Subscription records may be retained after account deletion for accounting or legal purposes.
Products, plans, and demos
Product descriptions and ratings may be illustrative. Product pages may offer paid plans where configured; plan price, billing interval, and usage limits are shown during checkout or on the product page. Demos may be limited, unavailable, or generate inaccurate AI responses.
Subscriptions and cancellation
Subscription status and access are updated after verified payment-provider notifications. Cancellation requests made from your workspace are scheduled for the end of the current billing period where supported. Review the Refund and Cancellation Policy draft for provisional information; final refund eligibility, timing, and legal terms require business-specific review.
Acceptable use
Do not use demos to submit illegal, harmful, confidential, or sensitive content, or to disrupt the service. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated information before relying on it.
